These terms and conditions apply to purchases on kaeledyrsurner.dk.
Prices
All prices are in DKK and include VAT.
Any delivery costs are clearly stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to make errors in prices, stock and technical conditions.
Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Agreements are concluded in Danish.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of errors, out-of-stock items or suspected fraud.
Payment
We accept payment by card via Stripe.
The amount will only be deducted when your order is shipped.
Delivery
We ship with GLS in Denmark and PostNord internationally via Shipmondo.
In Denmark we offer:

Leveringstid (Danmark): 3–5 hverdage.
Ved specialfremstillede varer, kontakt os da for at få oplyst en leveringstid.
We deliver to all countries except the USA.
In case of delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Risk of the goods
The risk passes to you upon delivery.
We recommend that you check the package upon delivery.
Right of withdrawal
Mange vores produkter fremstilles individuelt og tilpasses den enkelte ordre, er købet som udgangspunkt ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten.
This applies according to the rules on specially manufactured goods.
Hvis en vare ikke er specialfremstillet, gælder 14 dages fortrydelsesret fra modtagelse.

You must pay return shipping yourself.
We only accept packages sent directly to the address, not to a parcel shop or cash on delivery.
You cannot undo this by simply refusing delivery without notifying us at the same time.
You are responsible for the item during return shipping.
Condition of the item upon return
You may only handle the item in a manner that corresponds to what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function.
If the item has been used beyond this, there may be a loss in value, which will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund the amount no later than 14 days after receiving notification.
We may withhold payment until the item has been returned or documentation is available.
Right of complaint
You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
In case of errors or deficiencies, please contact us at mail@uurna.dk.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.
